CAD Property Refurbishments Ltd –  www.CADPR.com  is the Construction & Refurbishment Division of www.CADPropertyDesign.com.

Carol Anne Designs & Furnishings 4 Landlords is the Interior Design & Furnishing Division of www.CADPropertyDesign.com.

We are a family run business with Peter Harrison heading the construction and refurbishment division and Carol Anne Hainsworth [aka Harrison] heading the interior design division. Operating since 1992 the CAD Group companies work with our domestic and internationally based clientele who require a professional and knowledgeable service where quality, experience, trust and on time delivery are fundamental requirements of our business relationship.

Our client growth is primarily derived from referrals and we pride ourselves in the long term on going relationships we enjoy with our clients.

Our showrooms, offices and warehouse facilities are located in Barnes, S. West London adjacent to Hammersmith Bridge and we regularly visit our international clients in Asia, India, Middle East and North America.

Our clients residential projects are primarily located in Central London – Mayfair, Belgravia, Lancaster Gate, Bayswater, Kensington, Chelsea, Notting Hill, Fulham – and large house projects in Richmond and Wimbledon.

Our team has extensive experience in completing License to Alter submissions to the major London property estates including The Grosvenor Estate [Duke of Westminster],  Welcome Trust Estate,  Cadogan Estate,  Duchy of Cornwall Estate,  The Crown Estate  and the Church Commissioners Estate.
